Terrible product and worse service don't use. Outdated, their own product specialists can't get it to work and won't help you or your consultant with it, just get the response we have 20,000 customers who are usuing it just fine. So in other words hope that you fall in this group or you will be taking a gamble that you won't get any money back that is in the product. They also seem to be "in bed" with numerous GP consulting firms allowing them to rack up your fees.
