A very quick post; could not resist. Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Global Beta is released.
Awaiting some sessions on it, but I doubt that would happen within this month or even next. I am completely into GP2010 Upgrade.

I must admit that I am new to CRM and related concepts. But this article, from Jacob Morgan, gives me a better understanding and also about an evolving concept called Social CRM.
Read it here: The Evolution of CRM to Social CRM.
As I had mentioned earlier in one of my posts, in my blog, we are going to discuss both GP and CRM henceforth. I can see a future of GP & CRM along with BI and Sharepoint being a lethal collaboration.

This one’s very realistic, Mark. I must admit that I am more than convinced.
Implementation is much more than a Project Management and it certainly requires someone who do not compromise on anything for the Quality & Safety of Project Implementation.
It certainly depends. If a Client could hire a really successful PM for an Implementation, they get more out of that single right move. But they also have to make sure that, that single move should not lead them to more destructive results.

I am currently working on a realtime GP & CRM 2-Way Integration.
Needless to say, I have learned a lot and would like to share what I have learned. And moving forward, you would be seeing a mix of articles which talks about both Dynamics GP (my life) and Dynamics CRM (my interest).
As a first step, I will be posting my first CRM article about CRM – GP Adapter’s Picklist Configuration utility in a couple of days.
I hope you all would be interested.

It may be coincidental, but I am of-late reading lots of CRM to GP Integration articles.
This one is another gem from Mariano: Integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Microsoft Dynamics GP in 72 hours…and 5 “Easy” Steps.
May sound like simple things, but very critical things.
MUST READ.
